Description

Doepfer's 8-stage phase shifter in 4 HP, built with light-dependent resistors and modelled on the Schulte Compact Phasing A of the 1970s.

Key features

  • No built-in LFO: the phase shift is driven by any external control voltage (LFO, ADSR, random, sequencer...)
  • Manual phase shift offset (Man.) and CV input with attenuator, set separately
  • Feedback control, similar to a filter's resonance
  • Mix control between the modified input and the phase-shifted signal at Out 1; Out 2 carries the modified input signal
  • Input Level attenuator, and an LED showing the phase shift
