Purpose

These terms govern the use of Pulsers, an online service that lets you create, save and share synthesizer patches. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Access to the service

Pulsers is provided free of charge. Some features, such as saving patches, require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities carried out from your account.

User content

You retain ownership of the patches you create. By publishing them publicly, you agree that they will be visible and accessible to the community. You undertake not to publish any illegal or offensive content or content infringing third-party rights. The publisher reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these rules.

Donations and support

Pulsers may be supported through voluntary donations. These donations are free contributions, with no consideration in return: they give no right to any goods, additional service or particular benefit. As a sole trader and not a recognised public-interest organisation, donations give no right to any tax deduction or tax receipt.

Donations are processed securely by Stripe and are, by nature, final and non-refundable. In case of an obvious error (wrong amount, duplicate payment), you can contact us at fred.hasselot@gmail.com.

Availability and liability

Pulsers is a community project provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher cannot be held responsible for interruptions, data loss or the use made of shared patches. We recommend that you keep your own backups of important information.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
