Doepfer's first multimode filter in 12 HP, on a Curtis CEM3320, discontinued when the chip ran out.

12 dB/octave, four outputs at once: low pass, band pass, high pass and notch
Resonance up to self-oscillation (a sine oscillator)
Two cut-off CV inputs, FCV1 at 1 V/octave and FCV2 with its attenuator
