Description

Doepfer's Wasp filter in 4 HP: the slim version of the A-124, after the filter of the EDP Wasp synthesizer.

Key features

  • 12 dB multimode filter using the EDP Wasp's circuit, which runs digital inverters as analogue amplifiers for its "dirty" sound
  • Frequency and resonance controls, two CV inputs (CV2 with attenuator)
  • Band pass output and a combined low / notch / high pass output, with a Mix control between low and high pass
  • A separate L/H output carries the low or the high pass, chosen by a jumper
  • Input Level control; small knobs for Mix and Input Level for lack of space
