Doepfer's quantized and stored random voltages, after the random sections of Buchla's Source of Uncertainty 265/266: four random control voltages, each section with its own clock.

Key features

• Quantized section: n+1 and 2^n outputs, N from 1 to 6 by Man N and CV N; 1 V steps (octaves) and 1/12 V steps (semitones) as set in the factory
• Stored section: one output with an even distribution of up to 256 states, one whose distribution is set by Man D and CV D, 0 to +5 V
• A new voltage at each rising edge of each section's Clk In; a lamp on each output
• Extended by the A-149-2 Digital Random Voltages
