Fluctuating random voltages
Panel · 40.6 × 128.5 mm
Description
Doepfer's take on Buchla's Fluctuating Random Voltages, with its internal signals brought out to sockets: three noises, a noisy triangle, a sample and hold with correlation and a vactrol slew limiter.
Key features
- Three noise outputs: +3dB (blue), -3dB (red) and Flat (pink)
- Triangle LFO from about 110 Hz to a 5 second period (Range high/low), its noisiness adjustable: N Tri
- Sample and hold clocked by an internal oscillator, its period set by hand or by the slew unit (auto), with a Correlation control feeding the output back into the input
- Vactrol slew limiter, by hand and by CV, its brightness shown by a lamp
- Normalled chain: N Tri to S&H In, S&H Out to SL In; every stage usable on its own
