Low Fat VCF

A 2 HP voltage controlled high pass filter, switchable between a gentle 6 dB and a stronger 12 dB slope, with manual frequency and an attenuated CV input, drawing under 12 mA per rail. It takes out the excess bottom end that swamps a mix, and before or after the MiniMod ladder filter it makes a band pass with a variable passband.
