BD88 Bass Drum

The Concussor's TR-808 bass drum, in discrete analogue circuitry kept as close to the original as Analogue Solutions could. Its added TUNE takes the pitch right up, so with a short decay it also plays 808 toms and congas.

Key features

• TUNE, TONE (the click of the stick on the skin), DECAY and LEVEL
• TRIG input, 5 to 12 V: a 1 ms pulse is advised, a gate works, a taller pulse accents the hit

• TRIG LED lit by each trigger
• Two outputs of the same sound, 3.5 mm and 6.35 mm; +/-12 V, 10 HP
