CVM CV-MIDI x2

A two-channel CV to MIDI converter, to play a MIDI synth from an analogue sequencer: each channel turns two CVs and a gate into MIDI note messages, CV1 the note number, CV2 its velocity, the gate the note on and off, as printed on the panel.
