Description
The Concussor's TR-808 hihats, closed and open, in discrete analogue circuitry kept as close to the original as Analogue Solutions could: six square wave oscillators, filtered, through a VCA and an envelope for each hihat. This is its panel with the SOURCE output.
Key features
- TUNE retunes one of the six oscillators; CH DECAY and CH LEVEL, OH DECAY and OH LEVEL
- CH and OH each have a TRIG input (5 to 12 V) and an ACC input (0 to 12 V) setting the level of each hit
- Both triggered together, they play a muted hihat
- SOURCE OUT: the six detuned square waves, unfiltered; CH OUT and OH OUT
- DECAY CV subtracts from OH DECAY, to be turned fully clockwise; +/-12 V and +5 V, 10 HP
