Description
A digital noise source from Erica Synths' Black Series, retired: a programmable logic matrix with two linear feedback shift registers, from almost pure white noise to Atari console-like one bit noise.
Key features
- CLOCK RATE on a large knob, grainy fully CCW to white noise fully CW
- BIT WIDTH, 1 to 4 bits
- POLY 1 and POLY 2 select 4 polynomial feedback segments each, 16 variations
- CV1 and CV2 set the polynomial feedback, both attenuated by POLY CV
- EXT CLK takes over from the internal clock (a VCO at high frequency); RESET resets the polynomials
- NOISE OUT, -5 to +5 V
