Chained logic gates, stepped and slewed outputs

Description
A hybrid of the NLC quad logic module and the Sauce of Unce: four inputs drive chained logic gates, whose kind (OR, NOR, AND, NAND, XOR or XNOR) is the chip fitted. Four gate outputs give the logic of inputs 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4, 4 and 1; a resistor ladder makes a stepped output of them (STEP), and a sample and hold with slew, clocked at SAMPLE, a smooth one (SLEW).
