Mutable Instruments' dual Bernoulli gate in 6 HP: each trigger at the input tosses a coin and goes to output A or to output B.

Key features

• Two identical sections, each with a probability knob and its CV input
• The input of section 1 is normalled to section 2 unless a jack is connected to it
• Toggle mode (press the button): the coin decides whether to repeat the last output or to switch to the other one
• Latch mode (hold the button for more than a second): the chosen output stays high until the other one fires
• Uses: randomly skip steps of a sequence, dispatch rhythmic events to two voices; at audio rates, an abrasive digital noise
• Made from 2015 to 2021; the design is open source
