The Buchla 100 series' dual square wave oscillator (1960s), drawn in its San Francisco Tape Music Center panel: "two independent oscillators in one unit. Frequencies are continuously variable from 5 cps to 20 kc and may be controlled internally or with externally applied voltages. There is provision for wide band amplitude and frequency modulation" (the 100 series catalogue). For each oscillator A and B: a large FREQUENCY CONTROL knob, an AMPLITUDE MODULATION and a FREQUENCY MODULATION knob with their inputs, a black input for its control voltage, and two outputs; one ext / int switch for both.
