A through-zero multiphonic signal generator in 12 HP: a precision triangle-core VCO, a through-zero phase modulator and a harmonics generator that splits the timbre into three channels, the fundamental, the even and the odd harmonics. Linear FM runs through zero, with a polariser knob and AC-coupling and bias switches; phase modulation shifts by up to 900°; each timbral channel has its level knob and a through-zero amplitude modulation input. Hard (reset) and soft (flip) sync, exponential FM with its own knob, 1 V/octave tracking over the audio range and an LF mode for LFO use cover 2.8 mHz to 27 kHz. Outputs: core (triangle), fundamental (sine), even (saw), odd and full (the mix of the channels), with dual-colour LEDs; the V/oct. trimmer is reachable from the front panel.
