Description

Dreadbox's 20 HP filter, now discontinued: an 8-pole, 48 dB/octave OTA state variable filter with six types, a post cut control that sweeps through the cut off and two resonance frequencies, a post-filter OTA drive and a VCA.

Key features

  • Filter types L2 (2-pole low pass), H4 (4-pole high pass), L8, H8 and BP (8-pole low, high and band pass), NO (notch)
  • CUT OFF (20 Hz to 20 kHz), POST CUT, RESON: with the post cut, two resonance frequencies when it self-oscillates
  • DRIVE, a post-filter OTA drive; VCA with its INITIAL amplitude (at maximum, the VCA is bypassed)
  • INPUT with its level micro knob; CV inputs CUT, POST and VCA (+/-12 V)
