MicroBraids II

Michigan Synth Works' 8 HP version of Mutable Instruments' Braids, on Jakplugg's uBraids II boards and Braids' firmware: a macro oscillator with 47 synthesis models, chosen on its four-letter display, its TIMBRE and COLOR set on lit faders.

• Braids' 47 models: analog waveforms and their variants, swarms and combs, digital filters, formants and vowels, additive harmonics, FM, physical models, TR-808 drums, wavetables, noises and granular clouds
• TIMBRE and COLOR on two faders whose LEDs show their CV, with CV inputs; MOD sets the TIMBRE CV's amount and polarity
• FINE and COARSE frequency, FM attenuverter and input, V/OCT input
• GATE input to strike the physical models, or to trigger the internal envelope
• The EDIT encoder and the display set the model and the options
