øchd expander

The expander of Instruō's øchd ([ø]4^2): sixteen more outputs drawn from øchd's eight LFOs, all at the rate set by øchd's RATE knob and its CV attenuverter. Four full wave rectified LFOs, unipolar and twice as fast; the maximum and minimum of two LFO pairs by analogue diode logic; four cascading trigger outputs from the even LFOs' rising edges for stochastic patterns; four R-2R 4-bit DACs turning groups of four LFOs into stepped random voltages.
