Sequence commander II
Panel · 40.6 × 128.5 mm
Description
An 8 HP expander for the Moskwa II rotosequencer. It brings voltage control to Moskwa II's random play, slew, probability, range and rate, a transpose input, first and last step inputs, a step repeat input and button, the internal clock's output and eight outputs that give either a gate per step or the eight bits of the current step's value.
Key features
- RANDOM, SLEW, PROB, RANGE and RATE CV inputs, added to Moskwa II's knobs
- TRANSPOSE: 1V/oct in semitones, ±5 octaves, before quantization
- FIRST STEP and LAST STEP: move the sequence's ends by 1 V a step
- STEP REPEAT input and button: hold the current step
- CLOCK OUT: Moskwa II's internal clock
- Outputs 1 to 8, switched between STEP TRIG (a gate per step) and BIT OUT (bits 0 to 7 of the step's value), also on a Leibniz connector
- Connected and powered through Moskwa II's expander header, never the bus board
