Description
The Serge New Timbral Oscillator (NTO) is Random*Source's Eurorack version of Serge's precision VCO, beefy and clearly analogue, with a sound spectrum reaching far beyond conventional VCOs.
Key features
- PULSE, SAW, TRIANGLE and SINE outputs, and VARIABLE, a waveform shaped by VAR SHAPE and a CV input with its bipolar attenuator
- Two 1V/OCT inputs, one with a portamento set by PORT and by voltage at its VC input
- VC F with its attenuator-inverter for exponential FM
- LIN FM through a VCA, its depth on LIN FM and at its VC input, for dynamic linear FM
- SYNC; FREQUENCY and FINE over 16 Hz - 16 kHz, 0.1 Hz - 100 kHz under control voltages
- Every output above +4 dBu; precision parts for temperature stability and accurate tracking
