Rubicon²
Thru-zero triangle core VCO
Panel · 101.6 × 128.5 mm
Description
The second Rubicon in 20 HP, a discrete triangle core analog VCO designed with David G. Dixon: nine waveshapes at once, two sub-oscillators, exponential, linear and thru-zero FM with a LOCK that keeps the pitch, hard and flip sync and a foldable WARP circuit.
Key features
- Nine outputs: sine (or sigmoid), triangle, sawtooth, double sawtooth, zig zag, pulse, tri-state pulse, sub and warp
- Thru-zero FM with INDEX and SYMMETRY, and LOCK for symmetrical TZFM in tune
- HARD and FLIP sync
- VCO or LFO, eight octaves on OCTAVE and PITCH ±6 semitones
- WARP of X (the sub by default) by the tri-state pulse, with SQUISH
