Samara II

A mixer and multifunction utility in 10 HP for audio, control voltages and modulation: four channels, each an input and an inverting input subtracted then attenuated, two switchable +5 V / -5 V offsets, cascaded mixers and a processor turning the four channel signals into minimum and maximum, clamped, scanned or sampled and held voltages.

Key features

• Four attenuation channels, each with an IN and an inverting INV IN, unused inputs normalled to 0 V
• Offset of +5 V (lit red) or -5 V (lit green) in channels 1 and 3, a source of constant voltage when nothing is patched
• Cascaded mixers: 1+2, 3+4 and ALL; patching an output takes its channels out of the next mix
• Bicolour LED per channel: red positive, green negative
• Five processing modes on the FUNC A and FUNC B outputs: minimum and maximum of four, of two, clamp, scan, and dual sample and hold
