Dual VC decay envelope and VCA

Description
Two voltage controlled decay envelopes and two linear VCAs in 5 HP, made by Bastl with Postsound, a makeover of the Skis: each channel, A and B, an exponential decay envelope from 8 ms to about 3 s, set by its DECAY knob and DECAY CV IN and shown by its lamp, its ENV OUT normalised to its VCA's CV input. TRIGGER IN A is normalised to TRIGGER IN B.
