Instruō's three channel waveshaper in 4 HP: each channel outputs the hyperbolic tangent of its input, a soft clipping that limits, overdrives and adds curves to a signal. A triangle softens into a sine, then a pentagon; kicks, basses and pads come out louder and warmer, much as through a compressor; in a feedback loop it keeps runaway feedback musical. Its channels normal down, each output into the next input.
