Ardabil

TiNRS's utility module in 12 HP, two threads in rotational symmetry. Each adds two inputs at 1V/Oct, an attenuverted input and an offset into three buffered outputs and an inverted one, each with a lamp, then a VCA whose CV defaults to the buffered output.
