Triple attenuator, inverter and mixer

Description
Three channels in 6 HP, each an attenuator, an attenuverter or an inverting attenuator by its three-position switch, summed at C/SUM. With nothing plugged in, each input is a DC voltage of 5 V or 10 V set by a jumper, so each knob sets a voltage.
