Description

A three-channel envelope generator in 8 HP, each envelope set by its time and its symmetry rather than an attack and a decay: five modes, from a triggered one-shot to a loop following an incoming clock, a linear or exponential response, a CV input for each time and an assignable CV input reaching the symmetry, the amplitude or an accent of any channel.

Key features

  • TIME sets the attack and decay together, SYMMETRY their ratio, from decay only to attack only
  • Five modes per channel: triggered, gated, looped, gated loop, clocked loop (TIME then a division of 1 to 8)
  • Linear or exponential response per channel (hold MODE)
  • ACV input assignable per channel to its symmetry, amplitude or accent; output level 8, 5, 3 or 0 V per channel
  • Gates 2 and 3 normalled to the previous channel's decay; output 3 gives the maximum of the unpatched outputs
  • Its modes, responses, levels and ACV assignments stored for the next power-up
