ALM Busy Circuits · 14 HP · 3U

Panel · 71.1 × 128.5 mm

Description

A 14 HP dual 12 bit digital wavetable drum voice: two voices, triggered and output apart, sharing a swept wavetable oscillator (Start to End at Rate, 11 morphing waves, V/Oct over about 5 octaves), its Surface transient and its Release envelope. Voice 1 goes through a voltage controlled analog tilt EQ with an external input; voice 2 through a digital wavefolder.

Key features

  • Two voices from one swept wavetable oscillator: Start, End, Rate, Wave (noise, sine, tri, saw, pulse, voice, bell 1 and 2, cymbal, spectra, buzz)
  • Surface: a resonant click attack, then a slow attack past the middle; Release from about 2 ms to 14 s
  • Voice 1 through an analog tilt EQ with Ext in; voice 2 through a wavefolder (Fold)
  • Trig 1, Trig 2 (normalled to Trig 1), Acc and Choke inputs; every control under voltage control
