Variable Sync VCO

The ACL Variable Sync VCO is a precise oscillator built on a ramp core with waveshaper circuits, giving saw, inverted saw, triangle, sine and rectangle at once, with precise tracking and low temperature drift. TUNE is a ten-turn precision dial spanning about four and a half octaves, and the FREQ switch picks one of three ranges a little more than two octaves apart. When synced to another oscillator, the THRESHOLD knob and its CV blend continuously from no sync through soft to hard sync. Linear FM with its AMOUNT control, two exponential FM inputs with their own attenuators, and pulse width with manual and CV control complete it.
