Three VCAs, the last with fuzz

Description
Three simple OTA VCAs, like the NLC Cluster's, and a diode fuzz in the bottom one; its diodes are through-hole, so a builder picks Si, Ge or LEDs for its sound. Each VCA's CV1 (OFFSET) knob sets an offset with nothing in CV1 and attenuates CV1 otherwise.
