Precision manual voltage source in 6 HP, calibrated to 1 V/octave: octaves and semitones on two stepped knobs.

• OCTAVE knob: one-volt steps, over 0 to 10 V or -5 to +5 V (RANGE switch)
• SEMITONES knob: 83.3 mV steps, the twelve notes of the chromatic scale
• SUM IN: a precision adder that offsets the output by any incoming voltage
