Sawtooth and square VCO with a very hard sync

Description
A sawtooth VCO after the Electronotes 67 Utility VCO (from designs by R. Tenny and J.L. Brice), from about 10 Hz to over 100 kHz, 10 V peak to peak saw and square. CV at full gives 1 V/octave. Its sync is the hardest there is: a gate or slow CV there simply stops it, a bonus VCA; at audio rate it syncs as usual.
