A-115 Audio Divider

Doepfer's four-way audio divider: from one input, four square-wave sub-octaves (F/2 to F/16) mixed with the original at one output.

Key features

• Divides the input's frequency by 2, 4, 8 and 16: four sub-octaves, all true square waves
• Any input waveform is turned into a square wave (Schmitt trigger) before it is divided
• One attenuator per sub-octave and one for the original signal set the blend at the single Out
• A jumper chooses whether Orig. mixes the unchanged input or the derived square wave (V2, 2008)
• A jumper sets the output AC coupled (audio) or DC coupled (dividing LFOs)
