Theremin control voltage source
Panel · 40.6 × 128.5 mm
Description
Doepfer's theremin control voltage source: a hand approaching its antenna, up to about 30-40 cm, makes a control voltage, and a gate goes high past an adjustable threshold. Two of them, a VCO and a linear VCA make a theremin.
Key features
- Telescopic antenna on a BNC socket
- Two CV outputs, from -10 V to +10 V depending on the Offset control, with - and + lamps for zeroing
- Gate output (0 / about +10 V) past the Threshold control, with its lamp
- Keep two A-178 at least 40-50 cm apart
