Description

A quadraphonic unity mixer in 6 HP: three quadraphonic inputs and two stereo inputs summed to four outputs, plus a centre and a sum output for 5.1 setups.

Key features

  • Three quadraphonic inputs, normalised so that one or two signals fill all four channels
  • Two stereo inputs, L normalised to R, going to the front and the rear pairs
  • X: the second stereo input crossed in the quadraphonic space
  • CNTR (the front channels' mix) and SUM (all four), and a 5.1 switch lowering the front to make room for the centre
  • Jumpers at the back to reduce each output's gain by 6 dB
