Description
Behringer's contact microphone in 6 HP: a pickup under the module's textured surface turns taps, scratches and the sounds round the case into a signal, or IN takes a microphone, an instrument or a line signal in its place. GAIN amplifies it by up to 50 dB to OUT; an envelope follower, its ATTACK and DECAY each slow, medium or fast, turns it into a voltage at ENV, and a gate detector, its GATE SENSITIVITY low, medium or high, into gates at GATE. Three LEDs show clipping, the envelope's level and the gate.
