The Buchla 100 series' dual envelope detector (1960s), drawn in its Buchla Associates panel: it "produces a control voltage proportional to the instantaneous amplitude of an applied signal. Detector time constant is variable from .01 to 1 second" (the 100 series catalogue). Two detectors, each with an input, a SENSITIVITY knob, a DECAY TIME knob and two black outputs.
