Description

Buchla's 257e Control Voltage Processor, a 200e series module: two transfer function sections as the 256e's, and six slew processors whose rise and fall are shared in pairs, each with a pulse output.

Key features

  • Sections A and B: output at 0 volts and at 10 volts in, a breakpoint (in value, out value), a 7 x 5 LED display
  • Sections C to H: negative and positive slew from .01 to 10 seconds, voltage controlled, shared by C / D, E / F, G / H
  • Slew by rate or by time, and auto-pulse: a pulse each time the output reverses
  • Remote enable, the breakpoints, rate or time and auto-pulse kept in the patch
