Description
Buchla's 259e Twisted Waveform Generator, a 200e series module: a principal oscillator whose sine drives two wave tables at once, and a modulation oscillator to move them.
Key features
- A principal oscillator from 27.5 Hz to 7 kHz, its sine shaped by two tables at once (green and red, eight each, three of them memory banks), morph panning from one to the other and warp changing the sine's amplitude
- A modulation oscillator in an audio or a sub-audio range, or tracking the principal; saw, square or triangle; modulating morph, warp and pitch, singly or in combination, by the modulation index
- Sync to MIDI note on or to the principal, hard or soft
- Every mode kept in the patch: sync, mod type, range, shape, both tables and remote enable
