CEM3340 VCO

A VCO on the CEM3340 with phase modulated sync and a pan-pulse output, based on the Aries PMS-338 VCO. COARSE and FINE tune it, with two CV inputs, a log FM input and its level, and a linear FM input. Hard SYNC, SOFT SYNC and an initial phase with its MOD input and level; the EDGE switch. Pulse width with its PWM input and level; the pan-pulse output, from 0 to 10 V, with its initial pan, its PAN PWM input and its PAN and PAN PWM levels. Saw, triangle, sine and pulse outputs.
