Kamieniec II

An analog phaser in 10 HP, inspired by the classic units of the 1970s: four tunable stages and two fixed ones give two outputs, A after four stages and B after six, to use apart or as a stereo pair. Its resonance is voltage controlled and deep enough to self-oscillate, its feedback taken after 4, 2 or 6 stages, and an onboard triangle LFO, with its own rate input, reset and output, sweeps the tuning with an external modulation.

• Four tunable all-pass stages plus two fixed: outputs A (2 notches) and B (3 notches), a faux stereo pair
• TUNING FREQ sets the notches' base point; EXT MOD (-10 to +10 V) moves it, mixed with the LFO
• RESO knob and CV input (0 to +10 V): resonance up to self-oscillation, at about two thirds of the travel
• RESONANCE MODE: WASTED, K-HOLED or STONED, the feedback taken after 4, 2 or 6 stages
• Triangle LFO from tens of seconds per cycle to low audio rate: RATE and LFO RATE CV, LFO RESET (hard sync), DEPTH, LFO OUT and its LED
• Optional Allpass Expansion board at the back: up to 22 stages; units chainable behind the panel
