Description

Basically a 4:16 decoder with sync and async modes: patch signals into its four inputs and it generates an endless variety of gate patterns on its sixteen outputs, each with its LED. With nothing plugged into SYNC, the outputs change whenever one of the four inputs changes; with a signal at SYNC, they change only while it is high. The panel names its inputs and outputs with numbers, as the module's name suggests.
