Description

Michigan Synth Works' 4 HP Peaks: Mutable Instruments' open-source two-channel envelope, LFO, tap-tempo LFO and drum module, in Jakplugg's derivative design, shipped with the Dead Man's Catch alternative firmware. Each channel has its trigger input, its TRIG button and its output.

Key features

  • Peaks' four functions on the FUNCTION button (envelope, LFO, tap-tempo LFO, drums) and its twin, split and expert modes on SPLIT
  • Dead Man's Catch: alternative envelopes, LFOs, sequencers and drums beside Peaks' own
  • TRIG 1 and 2 buttons fire each channel by hand
  • An expansion header for the Pique CV Expander (CV over the four knobs), also usable with Plum Audio's 1U breakout through a hybrid cable
  • A power header with no polarity: it can be plugged either way
  • Silver or black panel
