Description

The Serge VC Resonant Equalizer is Random*Source's voltage-controlled version of Serge's Resonant EQ, from 1979: the original circuit's ten bands, a major seventh apart, shaping formant peaks and valleys like an acoustic instrument's, each band now with its own CV.

Key features

  • Ten bands from 29 Hz to 11 kHz, each from deep cut through flat to boost, and resonant past three o'clock
  • Per band: a CV input with its attenuverter (VC) and an individual OUT
  • Two main OUT, and the two COMB outputs, the alternating lower (29 Hz to 5.2 kHz) and upper (61 Hz to 11 kHz) bands
  • Two inputs mixed, with their attenuators, and FEEDBACK from the main output back into the module
