Description

The Serge Variable Q VCF is Random*Source's Eurorack version of the Serge Variable Resonance Filter, licensed by Serge Tcherepnin: a 12 dB/octave multimode filter with high-pass, band-pass, low-pass and notch outputs, three THAT2180 VCAs at its heart.

Key features

  • HIGH, BAND, LOW and NOTCH outputs at once
  • FREQ and GAIN knobs, VC Q and VC F inputs with their attenuators
  • A 1V/OCT input, an AGC IN input and a TRIG IN that rings the filter into damped oscillations
  • A HI / LO switch that takes the filter into the sub-audio range
