Dual voltage-controlled razor waveshaper

Description
A dual voltage-controlled version of the Tinkle's Razor: a very rough frequency tripler for sine and triangle waves, three spikes of differing shapes and heights shaped further by the knobs and CV. A knob at 0 or 10 turns the effect off, CV turning it back on. OUT 1 feeds IN 2 and CV 1 feeds CV 2 with nothing patched, for more harmonics.
