Signum Hyperchaos
Primal Hyperchaos with its signum switch on the panel
Panel · 40.6 × 128.5 mm
Description
An expansion of Primal Hyperchaos, after a paper by C. Li et al., its internal signum switch brought out to the panel. The switch works alone (not cleanly), or injects signals into the hyperchaos or controls its switching; some actions stop the oscillation, others make it go nuts. Five CV outputs and a gate; the CV input goes with CLIMAX, which sets how high the peaks go. IN1 and IN2 are the switch's inputs, also wired into the hyperchaos through their switching pins; SW2 is its internal switching too, so patched it switches only on an external signal, SW1 controls the hyperchaos' switching from outside. Signum means +1 or -1: the switching signal must cross 0. The signum output is also W.
Key features
