Splish
Three inputs, eight difference-rectified outputs
Panel · 20.3 × 128.5 mm
Description
A 4 HP, three-input and eight-output version of Let's Splosh. Difference rectifiers combine the inputs in different ways: each takes the difference between the sums of the voltages on its + and - inputs and outputs its positive and negative parts, so the eight outputs are related to the inputs but all differ from each other. A way to make complex CVs from two or three simple ones, such as LFOs. Three LEDs show the inputs.
Key features
- IN1, IN2 and IN3; eight outputs, named after the inputs they sum and their sign
- Three LEDs
- 4 HP; Nonlinearcircuits publishes no current draw, depth or assembled price (it sells the DIY PCB and panel), and ModularGrid lists none
