Description

WMD's Synchrodyne Expand: 22 HP opening the Synchrodyne up: a second VCO and phase locked loop, a second switched capacitor filter, a pre filter compressor and patch points into the Synchrodyne's PLL and filter.

Key features

  • VCO2, a sawtooth core with PWM, 1V/Oct, sync, exponential and linear FM; its PLL2 multiplying x1 to x128, with Track Speed, Damping, range and direct patch points into the loop
  • Filter clock select: PLL1, VCO2 or both, combined by OR or XOR, with a third clock input
  • Vactrol pre filter compressor with side chain, CV output and threshold
  • Filter 2, a 4 pole low pass switched capacitor filter with resonance and clip output
  • The Synchrodyne's VCA, wavefolder, 2P - 4P and notch outputs, wavefolder level and PLL1 CV inputs
