Dual SSI2144 ladder VCF with cutoff and Q spread

Description
Two SSI2144 ladder filter cores with an output each and a mixed one (BOTH), the usual cutoff and voltage-controlled Q, and spread controls for cutoff and Q: core 2 gets the spread inverted, so it moves the other way, a stereo filter of sorts. With nothing in a spread input, its knob is a manual control: keep it near zero for little spread. Spread works best with a bipolar CV, about 1 V per 2 octaves.
